Jan 03, 2013 -- 6:16pm | Frank Ocean was caught with Marijuana. He was pulled over NYE while reportedly driving 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. When the cop pulled him over he noticed a funny smell and searched the car. There he found a small amount of marijuana. Frank Ocean will be fined for this. |
